About the Award-Winning Private Residential Design: Z Line House is one challenging project of private residential that is built through a long five years of design and construction. The geometry of the house is aimed to maximize the existing site's potential, a series of calculated geometric and sculpture like interventions on the facade exploits the tension between conflicting elements. The geometry is optimised in such a way to control the water flow from the rainfall condition in tropical area. The result is an optimised geometry for a specific site that was parametrically calculated to have an optimum performance.
This palette has a refreshing feel, suggesting tranquility and clarity.

Revano Satria is an award-winning design visionary recognized by the A' Design Award. Their creative vision reflects exceptional skill in creative direction.
Born in Indonesia, Revano has been highly recognized for his entrepreneurial achievements; founding numerous independent and highly successful firms that have provided services for all stages of the design process, from design and construction, down to the minute details of furniture design and fabrication. Revano received his Bachelor Degree in architecture from Parahyangan University in Indonesia followed by a Master of Architecture in the field of Emergent Technologies and Design at the Architectural Association in London, where his pioneering research throughout his post-graduate studies allowed him to serve as a consultant for Buro Happold in London on the Cairo Expo City project in Egypt (designed by Zaha Hadid Archtects). Revano’s highly distinguished career has been cemented with an extensive number of national and international awards, three of which; The Best of The Best, The Excellent Design and Favorite Design, - awarded by the Indonesian Architectural Association - were presented to him during his time in academia. However, his most prized possession was for his achievement in winning 1st place in his first International Competition for the development of Bangka Waterfront City in Indonesia. More importantly however, Revano ensures that he gives back to the architectural community, holding countless conferences and seminars lecturing to students and professionals alike on the progressive practices of architectural design and how their application is meant to serve all aspects of human life, ensuring his research serves more than just the end user.
